Overview
Merrimack’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) provides a flexible path to gaining industry-aligned skills for under $20K. Designed for working professionals, our program includes 100 percent online or hybrid study options, self-paced coursework with once-a-week live sessions in the evening and six annual start dates. You complete one course at a time and earn your degree part time in 20–24 months.
Merrimack’s 40-credit MBA offers a relevant and practical curriculum geared toward today’s economy and attuned to the current job market. Our curriculum was developed in consultation with industry leaders and corresponds with workforce demands and professional certifications.
Twenty credits of your Merrimack MBA are devoted to developing essential hard and soft business skills, such as business acumen, strategic decision-making expertise and proficiency in communication, equipping you to excel in any industry. The remaining 20 credits are tailored to your professional interests, providing in-demand skill sets in a concentration of your choice — no previous industry experience is required. You also are prepared for higher leadership roles through a capstone experience where you engage in a consultative project addressing a real-world challenge. We also offer optional career guidance and executive mentorship packages. Additional credits may be necessary if you are planning to align your studies with professional licenses.
