This course equips students to plan, execute and improve work at scale by integrating project management principles and tools with process optimization methodologies. Students learn project planning, scheduling, resource optimization, risk assessment and stakeholder management. Emphasis is placed on aligning initiatives with strategy and portfolio priorities and using metrics, dashboards and controls to drive accountability and measurable performance. The course also explores process design and continuous improvement principles from Lean/Six Sigma, including process mapping, eliminating waste, reducing variability and enhancing flow. Credits: 4
